Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking a part-time retail sales associate in Orange, CA to deliver an energetic, customer-focused experience. You will help customers find hats, maintain product displays, and uphold visual standards while representing the Lids brand.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to excellent service. Base pay is $16.90 per hour, with employee discounts and opportunities for development.

POSITION SUMMARY

Our retail salespeople are the heartbeat and energy of the Lids brand. These cap experts are committed to fostering a passion for sporting and fashion goods by meeting the needs of our loyal customers and occasional buyers alike. Our customers rely on our team to find and select products that represent their individuality, team pride, and personal style. Working in our retail stores requires our retail sales team to provide each and every customer with the energy for an exceptional Lids experience, maintain our meticulous product presentations, and be a subject matter expert in our products and services.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate Revenue

• Achieve revenue growth through customer service.

Control Expenses

• Other duties as assigned.
