L.P.T. Retail Management Services, LLC is hiring an Entry level Maintenance Technician in Moses Lake, WA. You will support car wash and store equipment maintenance, while keeping facilities clean and functional to ensure a positive guest experience.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, with duties including shift tasks, safety, and asset protection. This role requires reliable attendance and the ability to perform physical tasks in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Able to read, understand and write English at an eighth-grade level.
• Basic math skills for making change and reporting.
• Mechanical inclination and ability to operate basic equipment.
• Lift up to 80 lbs and stand/walk throughout shift.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete all shift duties as assigned.
• Safeguard company assets unless safety is at risk.
• Respond promptly to spills or other hazards.
• Other duties may be assigned by the Store Manager.
• Clean rest rooms, deli equipment, dust shelves, windows, doors, trash.
• Inform the manager about any issues affecting operations.
• Sweep lot, shovel snow, clean gas pumps, fill solution buckets.

Our Maintenance Techs keep our car washes, scales, fuel pumps, shower, and store equipment clean and running efficiently to ensure a great shopping experience for our guests.

We expect all of our team members to:

• Complete all shift duties as assigned.


• All employees are expected to safeguard the company's assets unless their own physical safety, or that of co-workers or customers, may be jeopardized.


• Pay immediate attention to any spill or other hazardous condition.


• Other duties may be assigned from time to time by the Store Manager.


• Clean rest rooms, deli equipment, dusting shelves and merchandise, windows, doors, empty trash cans, sweeping and mopping.


• Advise store manager of any situations or policy violations having an adverse effect on store operating performance.


• Sweep lot, shovel snow, clean gas pumps, fills water/cleaning solution buckets on islands.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand and write the English language at the eighth-grade level, including the ability to hear the spoken word.


• Eighth-grade level math competency in order to make change, complete shift reports, and account for numbers of a variety of products during vendor check-in.


• Mechanically Inclined


• Ability to lift up to 80lbs, stand/walk entire shift
