Job summary

Maesa in New York is seeking a temporary Graphic Designer for 6 months with a strong focus on digital and social design, and additional packaging experience. Based in NYC with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office, you will work across multiple brands to maintain consistency and deliver high-quality assets.

Design assets across digital/social channels, develop concepts aligned to brand strategy, refine packaging, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of graphic design experience.
• Experience in beauty, luxury, fashion, or a related industry preferred.
• Agency experience and/or experience working across multiple brands strongly preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital/social work and packaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Design assets across digital and social channels, including social media, paid media, and e-commerce
• Develop and execute creative concepts aligned to brand strategy
• Maintain and apply brand guidelines across multiple brands
• Design and refine packaging, including print-ready files and production support
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver creative on time and at a high standard
• Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Incorporate AI tools into the design process where applicable
