Qualifications

• Active and current state of Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans and modify them as needed during the school year.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and development.
• Utilize research-based best practices in daily planning and instruction.
• Manage student behavior to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Create a positive classroom environment that supports learning and SEL.
