Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Valid Texas Teacher Certification strongly preferred.
• ESL Certification preferred for all ELA teachers.

Responsibilities

• Design, write and use lesson plans aligned to curriculum.
• Modify plans for different learning styles.
• Teach according to Texas TEA guidelines and charter policies.
• Collaborate with special education staff on IEPs.
• Manage classroom and behavior per the student handbook.
