Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans for 5G NTN RAN network components.
Build and maintain a state-of-the-art 5G NTN test bed.
Derive and track KPIs to assess solution efficiency and quality.
Conduct functional, performance, and interoperability testing in satellite-based scenarios.
Automate test cases and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

Your mission

We are building the future of 5G connectivity in space. As part of Aerospacelab, you will play a key role in analyzing and contributing to the evolution of 3GPP standards, with a focus on Non‑Terrestrial Networks. Your work will guarantee that our systems perform flawlessly in challenging satellite environments, enabling seamless global connectivity.

Duties

Develop and execute test plans for 5G NTN RAN network components
Build and maintain a state‑of‑the‑art 5G NTN test bed
Derive and track KPIs to assess solution efficiency and quality
Conduct functional, performance, and interoperability testing in satellite‑based scenarios
Automate test cases and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
Analyze test results, identify issues, and collaborate with development teams to resolve them
Validate compliance with 3GPP standards and Aerospacelab‑specific enhancements
Benchmark and compare solutions to identify optimal technical approaches

Must have
