Job summary

Panera Bread in Erie, PA is hiring Restaurant Team Members for the 5AM shift. Full-time positions start at $14 per hour, with bi-weekly pay and opportunities to grow within the bakery-café team.

You will connect with guests, contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, and help the store run smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Team members will learn multiple roles, from cashier and barista to baking, salad and sandwich preparation, and drive-thru where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work 15-40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests, delivering excellent customer service.
• Support the team and manager as needed.
• Learn multiple positions, including cashier, baking, drive-thru (at applicable locations), salad & sandwich preparation, barista, dishwashing.
