Job summary

NHC HealthCare Anniston is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night or day shifts in Anniston, AL. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time employment.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21 to $31 and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include applying nursing knowledge, delivering patient care using the nursing process, and maintaining clinical competency.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure (AL) required or in process.
• Alabama LPN Nursing license or eligibility to obtain license.
• Experience with clinical nursing processes and patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical competency through application of nursing knowledge and skills.
• Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning and implementing patient care.
• Demonstrate organizational ability to manage workflow and prioritize patient needs.
• Adhere to current standards of practice and regulatory requirements in nursing care.
