Job summary

Autism Learning Collaborative in Albuquerque is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, under BCBA supervision, at the Albuquerque Center.

This full-time role offers Monday–Friday hours 8:00 am–5:00 pm, onsite, with a $20.00–$25.00 per hour wage and a $500 sign-on bonus for current BACB‑registered RBTs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
• Experience working with kids.
• Reliable transportation & driver's license.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
• Track progress & support families.
