Seyer Industries, a local, family-owned aerospace manufacturer in Missouri, is seeking an experienced CNC machinist for the 2nd shift (Monday-Thursday) with shift premium. You will set up and operate 5-axis vertical mills, read blueprints, and inspect parts to exact tolerances in a climate-controlled facility.

The role requires 3+ years of CNC setup and machining experience, strong blueprint reading, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven CNC setup and machining experience.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Experience with precision inspection tools.
• Knowledge of machining math and tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate state-of-the-art 5-axis vertical milling machines.
• Read blueprints and manufacturing plans.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve processes.
• Work with Quality, Programming, and Production teams.
