Phoenix Tailings is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer who will play a critical role in developing and validating the electrical systems that power the next generation of clean metals production. This engineer will lead the design, testing, and deployment of electrical power and instrumentation systems that support new processing technologies. The role requires a hands-on builder who can turn rough requirements into fully engineered solutions, demonstrate electrical systems with rigorous calculations and testing, and help accelerate the deployment of infrastructure that enables sustainable critical metals production.
7+ years of electrical engineering experience in industrial systems, power systems, or process equipment environments
Strong experience with electrical power systems, system sizing, and engineering calculations
Hands‑on experience designing, building, and testing electrical equipment and control systems
Experience working with industrial instrumentation and measurement devices
Proficiency in electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system documentation
Ability to translate high‑level technical needs into structured engineering designs and implementation plans
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
This pay range reflects best estimate for the total cash compensation which includes salary + discretionary bonus for this role. Total package may vary based on experience and qualifications.
Pay Range: $120,000- $180,000 total cash compensation plus equity
