Job summary

Panera Bread Medina is seeking Restaurant Team Members to greet guests and deliver exceptional service while assisting with daily cafe operations in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll train in multiple roles, including cashier, baking, drive-thru, salad & sandwich making, barista, dishwashing, and dining room upkeep, with a focus on health and safety and building a welcoming culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work & learn in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work 15-40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Meet & greet guests and deliver excellent customer service.
• Help build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust.
• Step in & support the manager and team.
• Learn positions such as cashier, baking, drive-thru, salad & sandwich makers, barista, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness.
• Cashiers welcome customers, take orders, and ensure a great guest experience.
• Salad & sandwich makers assemble items quickly, correctly, and consistently.
• Be committed to health and food safety.
