Qualifications

• Operate forklift and handcart safely.
• Lift up to 105 lbs with assistance.
• Stand, bend, twist, and climb during shifts.
• Maintain strong organizational skills.
• Maintain constant alertness and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine set-up and operation efficiently.
• Communicate with mixers and line staff during shift changes.
• Comply with safety rules and company policies.
• Inspect bags for quality seals and keep work area clean.
• Handle boxing and packaging finished goods.
• Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Understand department goals and objectives.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Report any Food Safety issues to authorized personnel for correction.
