Job summary

Specialty Building Products is seeking a 4th shift Shipping Coordinator to supervise loading operations, ensure on-time departures, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

You will train crews to stage, scan, and load products, verify loads, and process BOLs, while coordinating with shipping and inside sales teams. The role offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, safety regulations, and warehouse operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with others.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in the loading of trucks, ensuring shipments are loaded on time and in full compliance with quality standards.
• Verify the accuracy of each load and process BOLs for driver departure.
• Train General Crew Personnel to accurately stage, scan, and load products onto trailers.
