Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Education, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or relevant content area)
• Valid Arizona teaching certification in a relevant subject area
• Minimum of three (3) years of K–12 teaching experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction aligned to AMS curriculum frameworks.
• Differentiate instruction to support students performing above and below grade level.
• Use formative and summative assessment data to drive instructional planning and interventions.
• Build strong foundational skills in reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Establish and maintain a structured, positive, and high-expectations classroom environment.
• Implement PBIS and preventative intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams and instructional leaders to continuously improve teaching practices.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and lead parent-teacher conferences.
