Global Educational Excellence (GEE) is seeking a 4th Grade Elementary Teacher for Frontier International Academy Warren to deliver data-driven instruction in a K-5 setting and to manage a positive classroom culture that supports the whole child.

The role emphasizes collaboration with staff, ongoing professional development, and a strong emphasis on student achievement. Michigan certification or CAP eligibility is required, plus a background check.

4th Grade Elementary Teacher

Location: Frontier International Academy Warren

FLSA Status: Exempt | Full-Time

Reports To: Academy Principal

POSITION SUMMARY

The Elementary Teacher delivers engaging, data-driven instruction in a K-5 classroom setting, manages classroom culture, and supports the whole-child development of each student.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid Michigan teaching certificate with appropriate elementary endorsement, or eligibility for certification through the Michigan State Board of Education
• Candidates who do not yet hold a Michigan teaching certificate may qualify through enrollment in GEE's Career Advancement Program (CAP), which provides a supported pathway to Michigan certification. CAP eligibility is determined at the time of application.
• Satisfactory criminal background check

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to perform the physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, and standing for extended periods. Work environment includes elevated noise levels.
