Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience teaching at the K-5 level preferred.
• Understanding of child development and classroom management.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to adhere to them.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong math skills.
• Must write an excellent one-page essay on a topic.
• Must pass a math exam up to Algebra I.
• Ability to relate to underserved student communities.

• Must pass a math exam of Integrated Math up to Algebra One.
• Must be able to culturally and socially relate to students who are a part of an underserved community.
