Astoria High School is seeking a Baseball Assistant Coach for grades 9-12 to support program operations under the Athletic Director. You will plan practices and game-day activities, manage equipment, and assist with fundraising while fostering positive relationships with students, families and staff.

Qualifications include NFHS Coaching Education, Concussion Management, First Aid/CPR, Heat Index training, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Current training or willingness to be trained in the following areas: NFHS Coaches Education Program Certification, Concussion Management, First Aid/CPR, Heat Index Training Certification.
• Strong communication, discipline, organizational & time management skills with a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of High School Federation rules and regulations.
