In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position is as follows.

  • Boston, MA: $225,000 to $275,000
  • In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications. Because such contingent compensation is not yet calculable or may be zero ($0) in some circumstances, the above-listed salary range is Nixon Peabody's good faith estimate of the annual salary it reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of this posting.

Job Requirements

We are seeking to hire a litigation associate to join our Boston, MA office. The successful candidate will join our Complex Disputes Practice Group.

Qualified candidates will have at least two to four years of litigation experience. Direct responsibility is required in the following areas: drafting and responding to complex discovery requests, motions, pre-trial preparation, witness interviews, negotiating, and communicating with opposing counsel, arguing motions or appeals, conducting discovery conferences, and preparing for, defending, and conducting depositions. Massachusetts State Bar admission is also required. Clerkship experience preferred but not required.
