We are seeking to hire a litigation associate to join our Boston, MA office. The successful candidate will join our Complex Disputes Practice Group.
Qualified candidates will have at least two to four years of litigation experience. Direct responsibility is required in the following areas: drafting and responding to complex discovery requests, motions, pre-trial preparation, witness interviews, negotiating, and communicating with opposing counsel, arguing motions or appeals, conducting discovery conferences, and preparing for, defending, and conducting depositions. Massachusetts State Bar admission is also required. Clerkship experience preferred but not required.
