Reliance Home Health Caregivers is urgently hiring a licensed RN/LPN for a pediatric home health shift in Waukegan. The position covers a 7pm-7am schedule Monday through Thursday for a 10-year-old patient with G-tube, trachea and vent support.

We offer flexible hours (full-time, part-time, or PRN) and training in pediatrics, home health, and related skills. Prior pediatric experience is welcome but not required; CPR is expected. We provide comprehensive benefits and a supportive team.

We are urgently seeking a nurse for a 10 year old male GTUBE, TRACHEA AND VENT Monday-Thursday 7pm-7am that resides in Waukegan.

We are home health care company that specializes in long term 1-1 private nursing for disabled pediatric and adult patients on G-TUBES, TRACHEAS AND VENTILATORS. • Flexible hours/scheduling for full-time, part time or PRN 8hrs, 10hrs, 12hrs, 14hrs, 16hrs (employee' choice).

Differentials skills required:

• Posses a valid LPN or RN license on the state IL.


• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care working as an RN/LPN- Valid CPR card.
