This collegial team offers a true 4-day work week, on-site c-section mentorship, EPIC EMR, and an opportunity to focus on mom and baby without sacrificing primary care duties.

Compensation includes a c-section stipend and wRVUs totaling $400,000+, plus a recruitment package starting at $110,000.

An award-winning not-for-profit hospital seeks an FMOB with an interest in surgical obstetrics to join their growing and collegial team of providers just outside Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Position Highlights:

• C-section mentorship available on-site if needed with an established track to become self-sufficient
• Fellowship training not required
• True 4-day work week with the ability to focus on quality over quantity
• Ability to focus on mom and baby in practice without sacrificing general primary care
• Established long-tenured Primary Care and Labor & Delivery Team with a strong culture of collaboration
