Job summary

Innovaccer Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled healthcare initiatives for clients, translating complex business and technical problems into structured delivery plans and aligning product, engineering, and data teams for successful outcomes.

You will drive governance, manage risks, and report progress through OKRs and KPIs in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with travel across the United States and overlap with India hours.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management within healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven ability to present to executive leadership and navigate competing priorities
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and data science
• Experience with hybrid Agile delivery frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet)
• Experience managing client-facing delivery conversations
• PMP certification or equivalent experience in enterprise program governance
• Able to travel within the United States

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive stakeholders to define problem statements, success metrics, and delivery scope
• Translate high-level AI concepts into executable plans with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data science, security, and customer success
• Create and maintain project, release, and sprint plans; present updates to customer and internal leadership
• Track execution using tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence
• Develop and maintain consulting-grade delivery artifacts including project charters, roadmaps, governance decks, and executive readouts
• Proactively identify and manage risks related to data readiness, integration complexity, compliance, and change management
• Prepare and publish weekly, monthly, and executive governance updates with a focus on outcomes, not activity
• Manage resource capacity, utilization, and delivery tradeoffs across parallel initiatives
• Lead customer and internal working sessions; document decisions and drive action items to closure
• Partner closely with product, engineering, data science, and infrastructure teams to unblock execution
• Own transition from pilot or build phases into production deployment and steady-state support
• Track and report KPIs and OKRs tied to delivery health, adoption, and value realization
• Identify and remove organizational, process, and cultural impediments to delivery
• Serve as a trusted execution partner and advisor to customers and internal leadership

About The Role

We at Innovaccer are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead the execution of AI-enabled healthcare technology initiatives for our customers. This role is ideal for candidates who have operated in fast-paced, client-facing consulting environments and are now looking to own outcomes end-to-end inside a product-led organization.

The Senior Project Manager will translate complex, ambiguous business and technical problems into structured delivery plans, drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and data teams, and ensure AI initiatives move from concept and pilot to production and adoption. This role regularly engages senior customer and internal leadership and reports progress through clearly defined OKRs and KPIs.

A Day in the Life

Requirements

What You Need
