The CSR will handle POS transactions, manage cash, and maintain cleanliness and inventory while working with a small team.

Qualifications

Job Title: Overnight Customer Service RepresentativeDepartment: OperationsHiring Range: $13.50-$15.50/hr. depending on store location, merit, and employee experienceFLSA: Non-exempt (eligible for overtime)DOL Status: Full-time and part-time availableReports to: Store ManagerPosition Summary:The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for ensuring safety, profitability, and providing excellent customer service. This is an hourly, non-exempt position that reports to the Store Manager on the maintenance and operation of the company-owned retail facility.
