Job summary

Tanis Brush in Delafield, WI seeks a Production Associate for our on-site manufacturing facility. You will operate and load production machines, perform assembly and finishing tasks, and help ensure quality through measuring tools.

This hands-on role offers a 4-day workweek, competitive pay of $20–$22 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package, including annual bonus, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and load production machines.
• Perform assembly and secondary operations such as trimming, crimping, cutting, and finishing.
• Inspect products using measuring tools to ensure quality.
• Packaging, labeling, and preparing materials per work order instructions.
• Completing inspection records and production documentation.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area following 6S standards.
• Supporting safety initiatives and ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 quality systems.
• Collaborating with your team on process improvements and updated work instructions.
• Performing additional duties as assigned to support production goals.
