Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of machine operation, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience.
• Experience operating automated production equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work through a 12-hour shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production equipment.
• Run a corrugated plastic hose production line.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Make minor machine adjustments as needed.
• Coil, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Load raw materials to keep production running smoothly.
• Report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
