Job summary

MasterSpas is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep production running by maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and supporting facility operations in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

You will work on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, develop PM schedules, and assist with metal fabrication and general maintenance across the facility. A strong emphasis on reliability and safety guides daily work.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2–5 years of light electrical experience.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to pass MVR check.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment, functions, and facility systems to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Support shop and facility upkeep including lighting and general maintenance.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, manlifts, bobcats as needed.
