IQ Resource Group is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Equipment Service Technician in De Pere, WI. This full-time role features a 4-day work week, giving you three days off each week while building valuable technical skills in a stable career.

You will diagnose and repair a range of mechanical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and complete service records. Training and development opportunities are available, with full benefits package provided through the client upon hire.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment repair or maintenance preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
• Valid driver''s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Work with pumps, motors, engines, plumbing, and wiring components.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections both in shop and at customer locations.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
