Job summary

Core-Mark in Gardiner, ME is looking for Warehouse Sorters to support our distribution operations. You will sort, stack, and carton totes on pallets to maximize space and ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include moving inbound/outbound products, stocking, pulling orders, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Shifts offered include 3:00pm or 6:00am starts, with 4-day work week options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products weighing 10-35 lbs and up to 50-90 lbs depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Able to obtain certifications for powered equipment such as Forklift operation.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Moves and tracks inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse.
• Offloads, stocks, selects, and replenishes products.
• Packs products securely in cartons and totes.
• Ensures shipping IDs and labels cartons/totes with run numbers.
• Pulls orders according to delivery route/run list.
• Records materials received or distributed; maintains work area.
• Performs end of shift tasks and ensures safety procedures.
