Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Assistant Route Service Sales Representative to service a defined customer base by delivering uniforms and facility products. You will lift, carry, and unload items at customer locations and may drive a company vehicle to multiple stops per day.

Ideal candidates meet DOT requirements, have an active license, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. The role typically follows a four-day, no-weekend schedule with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle (>10,000 lbs).
• Active drivers license and be at least 21.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide route service to a set customer base by picking up and delivering uniforms and facility services products (floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies, and related items).
• Daily tasks include lifting, carrying, and moving products to and from customer accounts; may occasionally drive a company vehicle to multiple stops.
• Most RSSRs work four days per week with no weekend shifts.
