Job summary

Rooster Logistics, LLC is hiring Delivery Associates in Buford, GA. The job offers full-time hours with a four-day workweek. A delivery vehicle, gas, smartphone, uniforms, and equipment are provided.

No CDL is required, and prior delivery experience is a plus but not required. As a Delivery Associate, you will deliver packages to homes and businesses, operate a company vehicle safely, and use the provided smartphone for navigation, scanning, and communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be able to safely operate a delivery vehicle.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and understand instructions necessary to safely perform the job.
• Must successfully complete required pre-employment screening.
• Must be dependable, safety-focused and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle.
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
• Load and organize packages for an efficient delivery route.
• Deliver packages accurately and on time.
• Use a company-provided smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning and communication.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures and company policies.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
• Assist other team members with deliveries when needed.
• Work independently while remaining part of a supportive delivery team.
