The Oxford Hills School District is seeking excellent candidates for the position of Special Ed4-6ResourceTeacher at The Guy E. Rowe Elementary School in Norway, ME. This postion is to start at the 2026/27 School year.
Guy E. Rowe is a community school located in the heart of Norway. We seek educators who work collaboratively on shared goals.
Candidates must hold a valid Maine certification 282 or the ability to obtain one with appropriateendorsement(s).
Reports to: Building Principal
Work Schedule: 180 days contract
MSAD #17 offers a robust employee benefits package for full-time employees, including: health insurance with 80% of the premium paid by the employer (with up to 100% if both spouses work in the district); dental, vision, Group Life Insurance; flexible spending and dependent care accounts; Maine Public Employee Pension, 403(b) retirement plan eligibility; 15 paid sick days per year; and tuition reimbursement.

MSAD 17 shares vocational resources and accepts students in its Oxford Hills Technical School programs from the RSU10 School District towns of Buckfield, Hartford and Sumner. Oxford Hills/Nezinscot Adult Education is located within the Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School.
