McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Selector II for the third shift. You will read or scan labels to identify locations, pull correct quantities, and move totes along a conveyor line while ensuring safety and accuracy.

The role emphasizes teamwork and attention to detail in a fast-paced distribution environment. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with benefits beginning after 60 days, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Age 18+
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for safe and efficient task performance
• Must be able to read and follow work instructions and safety protocols

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity for each order
• Pull correct quantities from slot locations and place in totes or boxes
• Push totes along conveyor line and continue pulling items until order is complete
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products
