Job summary

NorthEast Electrical, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking a dedicated team member for the 3rd Shift Warehouse role in Woburn, MA. This part-time position (25 hours/week) runs Monday–Friday from 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM, at a rate of $23.00/hour, with opportunities to contribute to a growing, customer-focused distribution network.

Responsibilities include pulling and packing orders, receiving inbound products, and ensuring accurate shipping.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential for accurate order picking and packing.
• Strong time management to meet daily shipping goals.
• Experience with warehouse picking/packing processes and procedures.
• Dependable team player with good communication.
• Ability to effectively communicate with teammates and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders using customer tickets accurately and timely.
• Pick, pack, load items and prepare for shipment.
• Receive inbound products and verify against purchase orders.
• Check packaging for neatness and integrity.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory levels.
• Complete paperwork and data entry per procedures.
• Assemble, label, palletize, and route material for delivery or storage.
• General housekeeping and other duties as assigned.

What a day in this role looks like:

• Utilize customer tickets to pull orders accurately and timely.
• Pick, Pack, and load items and prepare for shipment.
• Accurately check and receive inbound products and confirm that the shipment is consistent with the applicable purchase order.
• Check product packaging to ensure that it is neat and intact.
• Utilize RF guns to scan barcodes and labels allowing us to track appropriate inventory levels.

• Complete paperwork, documentation, and data input in accordance with established procedures.
• Assemble, package, label, stack, palletize and routes material for safe delivery or storage.
• General Housekeeping.
• Other projects/duties as assigned.
