Job summary

Koch Business Solutions, LP is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Maumelle, AR facility. The role supports production schedules and overall company performance, with a 3rd shift from 11:00pm to 7:30am and an 8% shift differential.

Responsibilities include handling inventory, performing SAP transactions, cycle counts, shipping/receiving, and operating multiple warehouse tools and equipment. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse functions including forklift operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick, store, and handle components, packaging, and finished goods for production and shipments.
• Complete all required SAP transactions related to warehouse operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Load and unload trucks and manage shipping/receiving activities.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, turret trucks, and yard trucks.
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives in the warehouse.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods as required.
