Job summary

Finlays Solutions is hiring a Downline Operator for the 3rd shift in a warehouse environment. You will stack pallets, replenish materials, and maintain cleanliness while adhering to GMPs and safety procedures. The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in varying temperatures.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 2 years of manufacturing experience. Ability to follow SOPs, use basic math, and communicate effectively is essential.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, speaks English and understands basic instructions.
• GMP awareness and adherence to SOPs expected.
• Able to learn and follow Safety/Quality policies and procedures.
• Competent in basic math and measurements and comfortable with calculators.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Palletizing finished goods for storage and staging materials.
• Organizing packaging materials and supplies for downline operations.
• Assist line Drivers with baler machine operation.
• Dispose of downline waste and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain case coder operation and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Resolve line jams and reset lane counts on equipment.
• Ensure correct materials are loaded and labeled during production.
• Record production data and maintain accurate, detailed documentation.
• Communicate effectively with all departments.
