Job summary

Bell and Evans is seeking a Warehouse Operator for the 3rd shift in Fredericksburg, PA. The role ensures proper storage, organization, and quality of products in the cooler/freezer and supports order fulfillment for customers.

Responsibilities include picking, staging, loading, operating a powered pallet jack, and using an RF scanner. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lb, read safety rules in English or Spanish, and work well in a team in a cold environment.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to all safety guidelines in the shipping area.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds regularly.
• Experience as a shipping laborer is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Picks, stages, and loads products to complete customer orders.
• Ensure correct items are picked by quantity and code date.
• Operate pallet jack and RF Scan Gun in the cooler and freezer areas.
• Work in a cold environment and in a team setting.
• Assist Shipping Supervisor with other duties as needed.
