Job summary

EMJ is seeking a Warehouseperson for the 3rd shift at the Twinsburg, OH facility. The role includes pulling, packing, cutting orders, inventory control, and shipping responsibilities in a metals distribution environment.

The position requires reading job orders, verifying materials, operating heavy equipment, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. Teamwork and basic math are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehousing experience or equivalent
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Driver’s License preferred
• Experience with warehousing or material handling preferred
• Ability to obtain certification to operate motorized equipment
• Clear oral and written communication; legible handwriting
• Physical ability to perform medium work tasks

Responsibilities

• Move inventory or equipment and fill customer orders
• Receive and return items into stock locations
• Read and decipher work orders and verify heat numbers
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other heavy equipment
• Place materials into storage or remove for orders
• Tag materials and complete documentation
• Sort materials by size, type, or product code
• Coordinate with team for safe machine operations
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform spot checks and restock materials
• Drive company vehicle for local deliveries (non-DOT)
