American Seaway Foods, a Giant Eagle warehouse in Bedford, OH, is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift. You will repair and maintain all equipment, ensure safe and efficient operation, and support building systems within a busy distribution center.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, plumbing/electrical/HVAC/mechanical repair skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Weekend work (Saturday/Sunday) is a requirement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse maintenance or related field.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical repair; must have own tool set.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety as a top priority.
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Visually inspect and test machinery and powered equipment.
• Listen and observe operation of machines to detect malfunctions.
• Install, program and repair automated machinery and equipment.
• Design machine parts, jigs, fixtures and tools and improve efficiencies.
• Maintain and repair building and grounds using tools and hoists.
• Read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Document tasks and repairs on summary sheets.
• Perform other duties as needed.
