Eckart LLC is seeking a 3rd shift Warehouse Loader Associate in Braselton, GA to load and unload products, operate forklifts, and support inbound/outbound shipments. The position requires forklift experience, RF scanner and pallet jack proficiency, and the ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience required.
• RF Scanner and pallet jack experience required.
• Must be comfortable in a physically demanding, fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products on flatbeds and trucks using forklifts.
• Follow safety policies, wear PPE, and maintain a clean work area.
• Track inventory with handheld scanners.
• Collaborate with supervisors and warehouse staff to ensure timely shipments.
• Support inbound/outbound operations and breakdown/put-away duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position may be required to perform additional tasks, responsibilities, or duties as assigned:

• Loading and Unloading product on, and into flatbed and box trucks according to assigned manifest using forklifts
• Responsible for other warehouse duties within the department as assigned by the supervisor
• Ability to understand and follow internal and external policies and procedures and recognize out of compliance conditions and implement corrective action
• Follow OSHA and company safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area
• Track inventory using handheld scanners
• Collaborate with supervisors, forklift operators, and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing of shipments
• Support Inbound/Outbound Operations
• Breakdown and Put Away Duties
• Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent, required
• Forklift experience, required
• Must have prior experience with an RF Scanner and pallet jack
• Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Must be able to lift 50lbs or greater

Final candidates will be required to undergo and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
