Job summary

S&D Coffee in Conway, AR is seeking a Warehouse Associate I for the 3rd shift. You will assist with shipping and receiving, loading and unloading, and move products within the warehouse using a forklift while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Primary duties include coordinating materials with supervision, completing RF transactions, stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe workplace in compliance with OSHA and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year forklift operator experience.
• At least 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use basic math.
• 2+ years powered lift truck experience preferred.
• 2+ years warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with good communication.
• Ability to follow schedule and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisor to determine production materials needed.
• Complete RF Transactions for tracking.
• Operate a forklift safely.
• Assist with loading/unloading of trailers.
• Pick, stage and stock inventory using a powered lift truck.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness per OSHA and safety regs.
• Follow company policies and GMP requirements.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
