Job summary

FHI in Rochester, NY is hiring for a third-shift warehouse role focused on unloading trailers, breaking down and restacking pallets, and moving 25–80 lbs with powered equipment as needed. You'll work in a cold environment, using forklifts and pallet jacks; training is provided.

The position offers weekly pay, full benefits, and growth opportunities. Prior forklift experience and the ability to lift and move heavy loads are required; reliability and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

• Warehouse and forklift experience is required.
• Able to lift 25–80 lbs throughout the shift.
• Must be able to work in temperatures around 25°F.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Unload tractor-trailers safely in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks (training provided).
• Break down and restack pallets.
• Handle freight 25–80 lbs and move pallets daily.
