Job summary

Famous Supply is seeking a warehouse associate to support operations in our Cleveland, OH facility. The role offers an starting hourly wage of $20 per hour with shift differential and an 8PM start time.

You will handle unloading, receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and loading, while ensuring accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate can lift 50 lbs+, stand for long periods, and work well in a team with strong attention to detail and communication.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour day.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and communication.
• Team-oriented approach to warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety protocols.
• Operate powered equipment to move materials (forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, turret trucks, order pickers).
• Unload trucks and receive material.
• Put-away and storage of material.
• Perform picking, packing and staging.
• Load trucks and ensure accurate inventory handling.
• Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Comply to all safety protocols
• Operate various types powered equipment to move material
  • Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Pallet Jacks, Clamp Trucks, Turret Trucks, Order Pickers, Etc..
• Unloading trucks
• Receiving material
• Put-away of material
• Picking, Packing, Staging
• Loading trucks
• Proper handling of inventory for accuracy and damage prevention
• Inventory counts
• General warehouse cleaning

Note: Famous Supply Warehouse associates will handle large products such as water heaters, furnaces and showers.

Required Experience and Skills

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour day
