Job summary

Optimas Solutions is seeking a 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate in Seymour, IN to support shipping, receiving, packing and general warehouse tasks. You will handle goods, input data, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2–5 years of experience in a warehouse setting, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel). Competitive hourly wage from $19.00 to $23.00 with shift differential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years relevant experience in fast-paced, high-volume warehouse/distribution center setting preferred.
• Ability to read, understand and maintain records as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills required; MS Outlook, Teams and Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unloading of goods delivered.
• Check that goods received match orders and due dates.
• Book onto the system and batch each box; pass samples and paperwork to Inspection.
• Put goods away to picking or pallet locations; transfer to boxing or subcontract operations.
• Repackage bulk product into smaller quantities to meet requirements.
• Load goods for dispatch onto transport within deadlines.
• Operate warehouse equipment to reach high locations and use ERP system.
