Vermont Precision Tools Inc. is seeking a 3rd shift VPT-Machine Operator for Made to Stock (MTS) in Swanton, VT. You will operate, monitor, and maintain VPT machinery overnight to meet production schedules and inventory targets.

This position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining VPT machinery to produce high-quality products that meet production schedules and inventory targets. The operator will work closely with team peers and shift supervisors to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the shift, minimizing downtime and maintaining safety standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise operational procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance with company standards. Ultimately, the operator contributes to the overall success of the manufacturing process by supporting the timely and accurate fulfillment of Made to Stock inventory demands.

3rd Shift Sunday through Thursday, 11:00pm - 7:00am with 10% shift differential.
Training schedule will be Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
