Job summary

PalAmerican Security is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard for a part-time weekend role with a 7pm–7am shift, Saturday and Sunday. You will patrol sites, deter unauthorized activity, and assist residents and visitors with a courteous, safety-focused approach.

An ideal candidate holds a current security license, a clean driving record, and at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED. Strong communication and integrity are essential as you protect multiple sites and document incidents.

Qualifications

• Current Security License is required.
• Clean driving record and a valid Driver's License.
• Strong attention to detail and high integrity.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team.
• Must be 18+ with a HS Diploma or GED; 2 years security exp.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols via foot patrol or motor vehicle.
• Serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activity.
• Provide superior customer care and empathy to all individuals.
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports.
• Respond to security incidents and suspicious activities.
