Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Team Members to meet the section's plan and production targets.
• Understand line flow and the technical aspects of the processes for area of responsibility.
• Adjust line staffing to meet production requirements and support the section's plan.
• Translate Section Manager directions into task assignments for each Team Member.
• Identify safety, quality, and production issues and escalate to minimize impact.
