Job summary

Clarks, based in Hanover, PA, is seeking an Operations Lead for the third shift to manage daily warehouse activities and labor deployment. The role focuses on safe, efficient production, adherence to SOPs, and providing hands-on leadership on the floor.

The candidate will supervise performance, coordinate training, and ensure timely shipping via outbound processes, with a strong emphasis on process improvement and teammate development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required or GED.
• Basic logistics knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, productive shift with SWI/SOP adherence.
• Optimize labor flow and use of tools and equipment.
• Ensure on-time processing of production volumes and SLA compliance.
• Back up Team Manager as needed.
• Coordinate training with teams and daily business plan.
• Assist with equipment, supplies, and ticketing with OCC.
• Utilize powered equipment for product movement as trained.
• Monitor inventory and conduct quality checks.
• Report key operational metrics on Safety, Cost, and Efficiency.
• Spend 95% on the floor to support the team.
• Handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.
