Job summary

Litehouse, Inc. in Lowell is seeking a Spice Prep I to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you'll help bring delicious products to life by accurately preparing ingredients and supporting our production process during the 11pm–7:30am shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices (GMP, PPE, etc.).
• Dependability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and prepare ingredients with accuracy, following recipes and production schedules.
• Track and handle ingredients using FEFO (First Expired, First Out) practices.
• Partner with shift coordinators to align on daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Complete in-process quality checks and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Communicate equipment or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
• Be flexible with scheduling-overtime and weekend availability may be required.

Additional Pay: 2nd shift is $1.50/hr , 3rd/D/C Shift is $3/hr
