Job summary

J.P. Mascaro & Sons operates a cutting-edge recycling center in Birdsboro and is hiring 3rd Shift Sorters to hand-sort recyclables and remove non-conforming material for sale to mills or brokers.

The role runs 10:00pm–6:30am (Sun–Thu), with rotating Saturdays and a starting rate of $13.00 per hour. An extra $50 per week attendance bonus is offered, plus free transportation from Pottstown to the Birdsboro plant.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical requirements of the job.
• Distinguish recyclable materials and sort accordingly.
• Follow safety and PPE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Sort items by type, size, condition, color or paper grade.
• Operate in a safe manner following regulations and policies.
• Maintain attendance and safety/work quality records.
