Job summary

Marmon Industrial Energy and Infrastructure is hiring a Singles Operator for the 3rd shift in Mount Pleasant, TX. You will set up and run the singles extruder, select tooling, program heat profiles, and ensure the produced product meets quality and safety standards.

The role requires teamwork, problem solving, and careful documentation. Training will be provided, with opportunities to improve processes and equipment performance in a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or extrusion preferred, not required.
• Technical training is a plus.
• Licenses or certifications are not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up singles extruder and determine tooling, heat profile, and reel sizes.
• Run extrusion to produce correct product while meeting Dekoron standards.
• Maintain paperwork, assist with shift handover, and report issues.
• Support safety, housekeeping, and cross-training of colleagues.
